The sender gives permission to Library of Pets to publish or use the submitted photograph of the pet with the understanding that these photographs will be published on the Internet or may be used on printed material.

The sender agrees not expect in return, payment or royalties as a result of my photograph being published on the the Internet or on printed material.

The sender agrees, that at no time will any identifiable personal information such as the name of a person be published on the Internet, unless the person submitting the photograph requests it or submits a link to a pets website that may contain such information. Last names of individuals will not be published except for VIP/celebrity individuals with their permission.

The submitting party also agrees that they are, or were at some point the owners of the pet displayed in the photograph or have permission from the owner/former owner to submit the photograph.

Library of Pets agrees that we will publish the submitted photograph. The photograph will be displayed with a caption for the entire life of the website. That hopefully will be hundreds of years.

Library of Pets reserves the right to terminate the existence of the website, for any reason with no expected refund of any donations to any party who had previously submitted a photograph for publishing.

If you are a breeder, and would like a link to your site, there will be a yearly fee of $25.00(US) to help support the library. Please e-mail us the link to your breeder page with your pet pictures.

The Library of Pets will not be responsible for content of linked sites. However, in order to maintain the integrity of our links, if questionable material associated with one of our links is reported, the link will be discontinued and no refund of donations will be made to website owner.

If the submitting party wishes to have the picture removed from the Library please contact us at remove@LibraryofPets.com

If you see a picture of your pet that you did not authorize, contact us and we will remove it. remove@libraryofpets.com

Remember, one picture per pet please. In the e-mail please include each pet's name, state or country of residence, type of pet and if you wish a hyperlink to a pet's website. Also, if you could reduce the size of the picture to less than 300K on disk, it will make transferring much easier.

Also keep in mind, that every picture is inspected personally. We reserve the right not to accept any picture that we see as inappropriate for this project. There will be no questionable material posted on this site.
